How many times have we heard about specific communities performing poorly?

How many times have we been force fed news stories about a group of people being sub-standard?

Faux News is famous for this tactic.

How does this reflect something purposefully imposed you ask?

 

Trying to blame an under served population, entirely, for their poor statistics is like the CEO of a company going to the janitors house, slashing his tires and then accusing him of having bad attendance, being too lazy to work and allowing the business to become unclean.

 

Now- Tell me that there is no figurative “CEO” that has slashed or is slashing anyone’s figurative “tires”…
