THE CRUX OF IT: One chooses to use tools of self-destruction-but those tools are also most likely supplied by someone.
The following is highly likely but unsubstantiated conjecture based on logic: The means by which too many people of color harm themselves are supplied by outside sources that profit from the destruction and revel in the carnage.
One example of this is the Cointelpro program that was implemented by the government in the 1960 s. Briefly, the drugs that overtook neighborhoods and subdued a movement were supplied by members of the FBI and the likes of J Edgar Hoover.

The video below implicates similar but unspecified parties. But, the destructive elements in this instance are guns. There is no obvious access to exotic weapons or ammo to be found for young people in Chicago. Only a supply chain can exist.
*Guns and ammo are not manufactured or sold in inner cities.
*Drugs are not grown (coca, poppies etc.) in inner cities.
*No other product exists in a given market without distribution
There is absolutely no release from responsibility that applies to this truth.
Falling continuously for a self-destructive tactic leveled against you is inexcusable. Self determination has to be realized – BUT- the calculated and willful targeting of a population by an evil, empowered and subversive interest group CANNOT be belittled or obfuscated.
