THE CRUX OF IT: Who, exactly, are the suspects?

 

 

 

 

The system is inherently faulty.

As soon as the uniform, badge, and weapons are dispensed, a license for brutality is handed out with them.

ANY reason can be manufactured to warrant physical abuse and lethal force against a citizen.

ANY description of resistance to a cop can be used as justification to brutalization.

This is FAR too common.

It isn’t unreasonable to view ANY cop in the same way that they perceive citizens; as potential threats and criminals.

It is therefore logical to react and respond to them accordingly; with suspicion and wariness.

 

 

 

The problem that arises…?

 

 

Those same oblivious “uniformed suspects” we call “Sir” or “Ma’am” will use that reasonable behavior of yours as an excuse to practice their battery and exercise their aggression.
