What if you could, by law, be made to feel the worst physical pain possible?
Last week Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) signed a bill into law that allows a woman’s husband to sue a doctor for civil damages and bans most second trimester abortions. A clause in the bill states that if a woman seeking to end her pregnancy has a husband that is the father, that he can file suit for monetary damages or injunctive relief ― a court order that would prevent the doctor from going ahead with the procedure.
Now, I am far from a friend to the feminist so I will not rail against the “oppressive male culture of blah blah…”
BUT…
Let’s look at this from another angle.
Imagine, for even a second, that women were able to get a law passed that could force men to do something with their bodies – say like a getting vasectomy! Imagine for less than a second, of being so-called LAWFULLY forced into having some doctor slice open your junk and tie up your innards!
