THE CRUX OF IT: I’m appreciative of the person that you are

 

 

 

I’ve known you all of your life and most of mine.

There are few people that I can say that I have respect and admiration for; you are one of those people.

I am ever amazed by the common sense that you display constantly and the profound sense of righteousness that you aspire to regularly.

No person is perfect, but there are very few that I can say live a life without maliciousness.

I appreciate you allowing me to learn from you, even when I strive to be the teacher.

You have a depth of intelligence that is bottomless and yet to be fully explored.

Though you are grown, you are still the “Kid” to us elders and therefore precious.

Thank you for being the person that everyone looks forward to seeing.
