THE CRUX OF IT: The Right is divided by a disagreement on time-frame and method-not by end results

 

 

 

 

 

 

To me, the current state of our dysfunctional Government is the definitive example of what makes the world revolve; Money, Control and Power.

This isn’t revelatory information  I understand, so let me elaborate.

The Conservative powers that be, desire to control the country , and then largely the world, through specific means.  Those people are highly educated (though misguided) and motivated. Those men and women also play the “long game”, meaning , they don’t make disorganized plans in starts and stops, they set piece after piece in motion with an eye for the far future. Although ostensibly in position, there are still many things left to do and many countless millions left to be deposited.

The presumptive nominee has derailed that distinct design.

This jackass Drumpf (yes, the original given family name is used as a pejorative) has too much money to be easily controlled and therefore has some power.

Let’s be clear, the Republican party does not necessarily disagree with this carnival barker. Many of them have had similar rants or implied their allegiance to similar mindsets. Their problem, generally, is that he is not theirs and is not following the curriculum that they would lay before him.

That party has in modern times been pro Jim Crow, segregation, privatization, deregulation- and also been anti education, immigration, rehabilitation, and inclusion. These are many of the things that are being heatedly debated currently. The party has no problem with enacting plans with these antisocial agendas, they would just prefer doing it in a more covert fashion.

Think of all of the egregious things that have been said about different groups of people by the front runner- whether those things be racist or xenophobic. The Right has always been subtle at best with their prejudices. Now, the indelicacies of this person are disrupting long-term schemes and agendas which, in turn, emboldens the opposition and causes a premature backlash/fight that is counterproductive to plans.

If only this goon were  more sophisticated and just a little smarter, he would have the support of the wider majority of right-wing thinkers and conservatives.

But he absolutely is not.

So, the party is devouring itself.

 

I say, “Enjoy Your Meal!”

But, will this be an end to the ultra-conservative sociopaths? That’s unfortunately very doubtful.

Remember, they play the “Long Game”.
