THE CRUX OF IT: Who can say for sure?
Why do most think that only one of the opposing ends of the spectrum can be accurate?
Is there a Creator or not?
Simple questions cast reasonable doubt.
Does religion abandon the millions of people that came long before any dogma and doctrine coalesced into whichever version of the Bible, Koran, Torah, or Sci-Fi book one chooses to believe in?
Does religion overlook the countless people that couldn’t read, see, or hear, and were unable to receive a given “message” ?
Does the rational of “Free Will” keep some Creator from making plain the truth and reality of existence?
Does the lack of evidence, beyond unwavering faith, permit the suspension of critical thought?
Or…
Maybe there is a creator but that creator is completely disinterested…
Maybe the creator is not necessarily fallible but is fickle
Maybe a creator is completely and utterly disassociated and only relates in the utmost academic way
Maybe every possible god does in fact exist and all are being funneled down, ultimately leaving the final concept that humanity embraces as the ultimate reality
What if the multiple universes are actually just the seeping off of materials from some original or prime universe and each is evolving in its own way. If that is true, then even if there were an original creator , that being would have no relation to our universe/existence; much like a baker that dropped a piece of bread behind the stove and allowing mold and micro-organisms to prosper.
Either way, neither the lack of personal reassurance nor the desire to believe purely and unquestioningly provides the ultimate conclusion.
