THE CRUX OF IT: Someone took the time to conceive, film, edit, and broadcast racist stupidity and then call it news.

So, I want to understand this- Fox is a  news  network right?

A recently broadcast piece, introduced by O’Reilly, cast further doubts on the legitimacy of that claim.

Watch below:

The obvious question is “What is the purpose of this stupidity?”

Political discourse was obviously not the goal.

Was it to highlight a segment of the population that was unexpectedly supporting a nominee?

Well, Fox would never support the Democrat and most of the people that responded were against the Orange Super Villain.

Do the people at Fox feel that the Asian community is fair game because they don’t expect any reprisal?

Would you go into an area where people don’t necessarily speak English ( like…say…a Polish neighborhood) and clown them?

No- that wouldn’t happen. They aren’t considered “OTHER”.

So, then the only conceivable purpose of the oblivious assholes taking time to conceive, film, edit, and broadcast that garbage was to ridicule people that were either unaware or too forgiving and gracious to know that they were being used.

Watters and O’Reilly admit in the video the segment was based on their assumptions that Asian-Americans are “very insulated and they don’t interact with American politics” and the notion that they “sit there and say nothing.”

O’Reilly and Watters brush off the racist display as just “good fun” even though they acknowledged they would “probably get some letters” as a result. What does this tell us?

This informs us of the willful ignorance that these people display proudly.
